Backorders

Backorders will be shipped within 30 days after initial shipment. Titles not available after 30 days time will be canceled unless you instruct otherwise. When "no back order" is specified, order is held no more than 30 business days.

Card Verification Number

For your safety and security, educyberstor.com requires that you provide your credit card's verification number when ordering. This number is printed on the back of your credit card. Depending on the type of card, the number may have three or four digits.

Damaged Goods

Please do not accept packages damaged in transit (i.e., open carton, crushed box, holes in box, excessive dust or scuffs) until the delivery carrier has so noted on the bill of lading/delivery receipt. Report concealed damage at once to the carrier. Keep the shipping carton, packing material, and merchandise for an inspection by the carrier. Please contact Customer Care for return instructions.

Delayed Billing

Orders requesting delayed billing will be held for shipment until the billing date requested.

Express Delivery

For educyberstor.com orders, all items in stock ship within 2 business days (Mon.-Fri.) from receipt of the order, to arrive by standard delivery. Express delivery is available for an additional charge. Please call or e-mail Customer Care for delivery rates. Transit time is calculated in business days (Mon.-Fri.). Express orders placed by 11 a.m. (CST) on a business day will be shipped the same day.

Federal Aid Programs

Federal Block Grants, Title I, Title IV-B of ESEA, and most State and Federal Education Acts funds may be used to purchase materials from this catalog.

Gift Certificates

We now offer gift certificates. They are available in any denomination. Ideal for fellow teachers, student teachers, new teachers, and gifts from parent organizations. Request more information by e-mailing Customer Care.

Holiday Orders

Orders placed during a holiday period (e.g., Thanksgiving weekend, the last week of December through New Year's Day, etc.) enter order processing the next open business day. While we do not have an automatic shopping-cart feature at this time, online customers do benefit from priority order fulfillment. Purchase orders must have the signature of an authorized school official, and they must be sent by fax or post-mail. We cannot accept purchase orders over the telephone or online. If faxed, please do not re-send an order unless it is clearly marked "confirming fax order."

We kindly request pre-payment, including charges for shipping/handling/insurance, for all private/parochial school orders until the school has established a credit line. Please provide us with three trade references and bank credit information so that we can establish a credit line for your school. In the meantime, we accept checks, money orders, and MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

We gladly accept orders from individuals but require pre-payment. Please fax, call in your order to our Customer Care Product Specialists, or mail your order with a check. You can also place your order at educyberstor.com. We prefer to ship your order to your school address. Texas residents must add 8.25% sales tax to order, including charges for shipping/handling/insurance. New Jersey residents must add 7.00% sales tax to order, including charges for shipping/handling/insurance. California residents must apply their local sales tax rate, including charges for shipping/handling/insurance.

Orders from outside the continental U.S.A. are charged actual freight charges plus a $5.00 handling fee. These orders must be pre-paid. To find exact amount due, fax your order and request a proforma invoice be faxed back for pre-payment.

Our Guarantee (Returns)

If for any reason a product does not meet your needs or expectations, we will be most happy to assist you with a quick, hassle-free exchange, credit, or refund. Simply contact Customer Care for instructions and a return authorization number. All returns must be in resalable condition and returned within 30 days of receipt. When you receive your order, please check it carefully to be sure it meets your satisfaction before applying school stamps, bar code labels, etc. Stamped or processed books cannot be returned. Materials returned in unusable and/or damaged condition will be appropriately billed. Shipping/handling/insurance charges cannot be refunded. If your package was damaged in transit, please see "Damaged Goods."

Payment Terms

For purchase orders, payment terms are net 30 days from date of invoice for U.S. public schools. Payment must be made in U.S. dollars. We accept payment by check, money order, or credit card (Discover, MC, Visa, or AmEx) for personal orders. Texas residents must add 8.25% sales tax to order, including charges for shipping/handling/insurance. New Jersey residents must add 7.00% sales tax to order, including charges for shipping/handling/insurance. California residents must apply their local sales tax rate, including charges for shipping/handling/insurance. Foreign customers must use U.S. bank checks. We are unable to offer C.O.D. payment terms.

All prices are educational net prices, F.O.B. Bulverde, TX. For additional savings, take advantage of our special discounts as noted throughout our print catalogs. Prices are effective 08/01/07.
