Reproduction of worksheets/handouts from the r•w•t junior Enrollment Packet for use in the classroom and not for commercial sale is permissible. Reproduction of these materials for an entire school, or for a school system, is strictly prohibited. A teacher must individually obtain the Enrollment Packet by accessing the materials from the r•w•t junior site. Reproduction, transmission, distribution, posting, uploading, storing, or republication of the Enrollment Packet, in whole or in part, in any form or medium (i.e., electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise) without prior written permission from r•w•t junior is strictly prohibited, with exceptions named previously. By submitting the Class Information Form to r•w•t junior, you verify that participating in this program does not violate your school/district’s Internet Acceptable Use Policy. Both a “Letter to the Parent/Guardian” and our Privacy Policy are included in the Enrollment Packet for you to send to the parents/guardians of your students. The letter helps explain the program and serves as a permission form, which we request you keep on file. The privacy policy serves as notice to parents/guardians of our privacy statement, in compliance with the Federal Trade Commission Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and its implementing Rule. The teacher/school acts as an intermediary between r•w•t junior and the parent/guardian in the notice and consent process, and then continues to serve as an agent of the parent/guardian in all future involvement. However, the parent/guardian reserves the right to revoke consent for his/her child to participate in r•w•t junior at any time. By submitting student work for those under the age of 18, you verify that parental consent to participate in r•w•t junior has been granted. If a student is 18 years old or over, s/he may sign the permission form on his/her own behalf, thus verifying that the statement regarding publication permissions and rights is understood. Submission of student work certifies that the work is the author’s own original work and that it does not infringe on any copyright law. Author retains ownership and All Rights to the work. In granting permission to participate in r•w•t junior, permission to publish and to archive student work is also granted. [Continue] |
