Customer Service & Order Entry
This is a full-time position in our customer care and order processing department.

Daily responsibilities include the following: taking telephone orders, entering customer orders in the computer, answering customer inquiries and requests, etc. You will work with other customer care specialists and the warehouse staff to expedite orders.

This position requires courteous and friendly telephone skills and people skills. You must be well-organized and detail-oriented.

We are looking for an individual who is truly interested in helping customers (mostly teachers). You must be comfortable and willing to work independently, as well as part of a team.

You must have good references.
